A returning customer came to us looking for a complete rebrand and a new website designed around the way their business actually works. Our aim is always to take the headache out of both design and technology. We work closely with our clients to understand what they need, what they like, and how their business operates — then take care of the technical side from start to finish. For this project, we created a clean, straightforward website with a custom booking and invoicing system built directly around the client's requirements. Customers can create their own account and securely verify their email using a one-time passcode. The same simple, passwordless process is used when logging in. Once logged in, customers can: View and keep track of their bookings Check whether a booking has been confirmed Receive automatic email updates throughout each stage of the job Access important information relating to their booking We've also automated the invoicing process. The website can generate invoices automatically and send them directly to customers, reducing admin and helping the business run more efficiently. It's a niche but deliberately simple system — no unnecessary features or complicated software.
